Food and Barcode Information When you search for food or scan a supported barcode, the information is used to identify or add food to your meal records and display available nutritional information. 4. Account Information If account creation or login is available, your name, email address, and related account information may be processed to provide account functionality and maintain your profile. 5. Camera Permission If barcode scanning is enabled, the app may request camera access to scan food barcodes. Camera access is used for barcode scanning and is not intended for unrelated purposes. 6. Notifications If you enable notifications, Meal may send reminders or other app-related notifications according to your settings. You can disable notifications through your device settings or the app where available. 7. Data Sharing We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only when necessary to provide app functionality, operate services, maintain security, or comply with applicable legal requirements. 8.
