Wafa POS – Account and Data Management At Wafa POS, we value your privacy and give you full control over your data. Because our application functions primarily as a local business tool, most of your data (retail records, sales history, and inventory) is stored directly on your device and is not accessible by us. However, for security and license management, a record of your Activation Key is maintained on our secure Firebase servers. How to Delete Your Data 1. Local Data (Immediate) To delete your retail records, sales history, and local login credentials, you can simply: Use the "Clear Database" option within the App Settings. Uninstall the application from your device. Clear the App Cache and Storage via your Android system settings. 2. Server-Side Data (Activation Records) If you wish to request the deletion of your activation record and reset your license, please provide your details below. We will process your request and remove your record from our servers within 48 hours.
